and so it goes...

LUNCH:salad with croutons, not a lot, and dressing along with some beans and rice..like 1/2 cup.
i also had 2 pieces of salt water taffy(damn my collegue for putting them on the desk!) and 2 sweetarts whilst walking around the mall on me break.
the plan, if i adhere, is to go home..rest for a bit then head to the gym.
if all goes well, the previous statement will be true^^
